DR (Disaster Recovery): Good360 ensures the timely delivery of critical goods to nonprofit organizations assisting with all stages of disaster recovery, from the initial response through the long-term rebuilding phase.
FMV (Fair Market Value): The estimated retail value of donated goods, used to calculate the worth of items provided to nonprofits.
LTL (Less Than Truckload): Shipments with fewer than 24 pallets delivered via truck from the Good360 catalog.
MDAA (Master Donation Acceptance Agreement): The terms and conditions that nonprofits agree to when sourcing goods from Good360.
NPO (Nonprofit Organization): Any 501(c)(3) organization registered as a nonprofit.
OTP (One-Time Pickup): A one-time opportunity for nonprofits to pick up donations from a local retailer via the Good360 catalog.
PMA (Program Management Agreement): Terms and conditions for nonprofits partnering with local retailers through Good360’s Retail Match Program.
