Distributing International Goods

The majority of Good360’s donated goods are intended for US-based distribution. However, certain exceptions, due to crisis or natural disaster, do exist for goods designated for international distribution.

Receiving approval to distribute internationally
If your nonprofit organization conducts work both domestically and internationally, Good360 offers opportunities for international distribution through a special approval process. Nonprofits interested in sending donations abroad must meet the following criteria:

• Be a registered and approved Good360 member
• Be headquartered in the United States or Canada (Canadian nonprofits must be registered charities)
• Have demonstrated experience with shipping 20-feet or larger shipping containers
• Complete Good360’s international shipping application
• Agree to the Program Participation Agreement (PPA) and sign the International Addendum

After receiving approval, nonprofit members are responsible for handling all overseas logistics for the donated goods. Good360’s compliance team will review each application and provide a decision within five business days.

Discount deals exception
Products sourced through Good360’s Discount Deals page are the only items exempt from this restriction and may be taken abroad without the need for prior approval. This flexibility allows nonprofits to source specific products for their international operations without undergoing the additional vetting required for other donated goods.

Can nonprofits headquartered internationally work with Good360?
Currently, Good360 does not partner with nonprofit organizations located outside the U.S. and Canada. We also do not ship donations from domestic warehouses to international destinations, making it essential for nonprofits to be based in one of these two countries to access donated goods through Good360.
