How to Source Goods from Good360:
Before you can source donations, you must first register with Good360.
Once registered, members can access our online catalog to find a wide variety of products available in different quantities, including:
- Carton-level donations: A large box containing smaller quantities of goods.
- Bulk (palletized) donations: Stacked cartons on a wooden pallet delivered via truck. (Amount of goods or cartons will vary by donor)
- Local retail partnerships: Direct donation pickups at local retail stores, offering nonprofits a convenient source of nearby donations.
Once you’ve found the products your organization needs, you can place an order through the catalog. Each order is subject to vetting and approval before it is processed.
Donation Terms & Conditions
To participate in Good360’s donation program, nonprofits must agree to our Master Donation Acceptance Agreement. This agreement outlines the conditions and guidelines for sourcing and using donations.
Receiving Donations
After an order is placed, it will be reviewed by our staff. Once approved, the order will be shipped from one of our warehouses. The processing time for most orders is between three to five business days. Depending on your location, shipping may take up to 10 business days.
Storing Donations
As a Good360 nonprofit member, you are responsible for the proper storage, transportation, and disposal of the donated goods you receive. Please follow all relevant guidelines, laws, and regulations when handling your donations.
